She's reaching out to stroke her lover's face. Just so there's no confusion :) I just wanted to focus on how the light hit her face and made it glow and on her coy little smile.

I think her chin is pointing the wrong direction, that or her head isn't attached to her body correctly. Other than that technical point, I think you did a wonderful job, it looks great!
