Fireworks? eheh, never heard of that. I used ShiPainter Pro for mine; an oekaki applet. I have two years of experience, though, haha.

Did you make this in Photoshop? Pretty good for a beginner, I'm guessing. You should try using layers rather than a fill bucket to get rid of the white excess. Keep drawing!
haha :) yur not "bichara"!! and shalite? yur comments include yu too much, so yu might wanna learn how to comment, k? besides the bizarre green dots that kind of draw the focus away from the tiger.. i like!
