A Night in France
Last night I dreamt of a concert at the Eiffel Tower. Jvke, my favorite singer, was singing. I don’t need no light to see you shine. It’s your golden hour. I was dancing in my Calvin Klein jeans and Nike Air maxes, when someone in the crowd shoved me into the river. The roaring current shoved my head under water. I reached for the ground, a rock, anything to grasp. Suddenly, I was sucked into the darkness of Charybdis’s hole. I saw someone’s hand reach for me. I grabbed it and pulled myself out. It was famous runway model Bella Hadid. “Oh my!” she exclaimed. “That’s so sus!” 717 sharks swam toward us. One bit her leg off and turned the water into a deep magenta. “C'est la vie”. Such is life. Abraham Lincoln retrieved her leg and reattached it.
