Is it worth throwing your life away? Crime has been a life-changing problem from the beginning of time. While every human has free will and it is their decision on how they run their life, crime is a challenge that we face in our world today.

Children and teens doing little crimes is what leads to big crimes. Kids, who have challenged lives, sadly sometimes succumb to crime. Physical abuse, shoplifting, and vandalism effects the minds of adolescents. Texting and driving could seriously hurt or kill teens too. Keep kids minds healthy and strong. The children now are our future; keep them away from the bad crimes.

Huffing and puffing and blowing your life away. DRUGS! They can kill; they can ruin lives. It may start small, but everything grows. Addiction, obsession, and desperation can lead to the heavy drugs. Stay away from the drugs. You will regret the first puff.

Bang! Boom! Scream! These are all the sounds that could be made during the worst crime of all. I am talking about murder! Murder is when someone intentionally ends someone else’s life. This crime could put you in the slammer for the rest of your life. There is no reason for this unforgettable crime. Population is always increasing, which can lead to higher crime rates. Cops are cracking down on everyone as it is.

Crime can be everywhere. It could be outside, indoors, or in an alleyway behind a restaurant. There are many people out there trying to end crime. As Tony Baretta once said, “Don’t do the crime, if you can’t do the time.”

I hope people will try to end crime in the U.S.A after reading my piece.
