There is a young girl there on the street corner. You don't know it but she is disabled, not mentally, but physcally. If you sat by her for a while you'd learn things about her you never even thought about, like how she's a brunette, not a red-head. Like how much she wishes she could be like you in your flawed beauty. How much she loves you, even though, before this moment she'd never laid eyes on you. Then, when she stands up, with her twisted-in feet, her big silver walker, you judge her.

my point is that diabled people have minds and feelings too.

Oh my... I like this an awful lot. It's so short, something that prompts others to thought. I'd like to say that I wouldn't judge her, but can we really predict our reactions? I think what you wrote is beautiful.
