Blackout

One day, farmer Nate woke up from a hard day of work yesterday. Nate did his normal morning routine, then stepped outside to water his plants realizing la Sol was not out. Nate ran inside to look at his clock that said 10:00 am. Nate turned on the television to watch the news a border on the screen said Blackout.

There was a timer on the top right of the screen counting the timer la Luna has been out. Nate was starting to think without La Sol rays his plants will never grow or even die.

Later that day, Nate got a call from his friend Felix saying the farmers have a meeting in the city hall. The city hall was filled with farmers, most of the farmers were in panic because their crops were going to die.

The mayor came out to tell everyone to settle down. The mayor announced that nobody knows when the sun was going to come back out. The mayor says” La Luna is the only thing were got”, We should all remain calm until then everyone should return home. When Nate got home, he began to feed his animals.

With the only light source being a lamp, Nate was having trouble seeing how much food he was giving. After feeding his animals Nate began to water the crops hoping for the best. Later on, in the day Nate went to eat dinner. After eating he watched the news and took a shower then went to bed.

The next day, Nate woke up and opened his curtains hoping Sol was out still Luna. Throughout the day Nate was watching the news. Then on the screen, breaking news la Luna is expected to be out for the next five hours. Five hours later still no Sol. Since there was no update, Nate started to get overwhelmed. After Nate calmed down, he needed to think about how to save his crops.

Later on in the day Nate was thinking about what he would do or else he would lose his farm. Without the Sol rays, the plants will not grow. Nate started to do research about plants to see how long it would take till the plant dies. In the website Nate was on it said the only way plants could grow is by the sol rays.

As days went on the plants started to cripple up. Nate went to the phone to call his friend Felix. Felix was saying his plants were doing the same thing. Nate hung up the phone and started to think about the grass.

Without the grass growing the herbivore animals will have no food which would leave the animals to die. Also, all the other animals will die. With would leave humans with no food to and the end of the world as we know.
