King of the Birds
One day a small black crow exclaimed, "I wish to be king of the birds!"
So up he did fly, up into the sky, where he could look down on the world.
"Do as I say," he commanded. But to his dismay they did not. No bird would listen, keeping the crow from the power he desperately sought.
The moral of this story is one you've heard before, but listen, simple as it seems: To seek what you've sought, to get what you want, you must never forget to say please.
