Beyond Words (chapter 2)
I gave a long and tired sigh as i started my walk to school.Birds sang, dew drops glistening in the grass as the sun shined on them, the mailman making the deliveries, old people yelling at the cats, pigeons cooing, and so on.I lived 2 blocks from school. it was called Skiro high school. The building was about two stories high, old red brick walls, about a million windows (not really) which were really dirty. on the side of the school looked to be a garden or a little place to eat lunch outside. The "garden area" had lovely marble statues, metal tables and seats, and red rose bunches.Lovely...I thought...I'll have to check it out later. Buses and cars rolled up and dropped off their kids. kids got together laughed and handed out and fooled around. most of them headed up and into the school.I slowly walked into the school.
