The lights were flashing, and the crowd was roaring. Sweat dripped down his eyes and body. Will looks up and sees his opponent throw a strong right jab, but Will manages to block it. Will throws a combo but it does not affect his opponent. The opponent throws a left hook and boom, a ringing in his ears overpowers his thoughts. He is not there anymore.

Will and his older brother Darius, were coming home from school with their report cards. Their austere dad wanted to see their grades to see if they were doing good in school. The dad checked Darius’s report card and saw that he was passing but when he saw will’s report card, his eyes turned bright red like he had demon eyes. Will’s dad pulled out his belt and demonstrated how he could overpower his sons with an unspoken word, just discipline. Will, with the need for comfort and compassion, sought out what was missing in his life within his brother, Darius.

Four years later, Will is a freshman and Darius is a junior in high school, and they are both nervous on their first day of school. They are both walking through the hallway hiding their emotions, suddenly they become startled by a scream of a very raspy, but deep voice. They both look up to see Cain, the high school bully. Cain approached Darius, but with no fear no hesitation, Darius stood his ground. Will longed to be just like Darius, very autonomous.

After Darius graduates high school he joins the army because they are not wealthy. Will would also join the army because he admired Darius and wanted to do everything he did. While they were in the army, there was a war going on. Darius and his group were called up to go to the frontlines but will was scared. Darius was keeping him calm and eventually convinced Will to go. When they arrived at the frontlines a grenade was thrown towards them. Darius sacrificed himself to save everyone else. Will was crying up a river. After the war, Will leaves the army.

Ten years go by, and Will does boxing to not focus on the past. While Will is training his coach said he found him a boxing match that offers an enormous amount of money. Will obviously accepts the match, but he finds out his opponent is Cain, Darius’s bully. While training, Will tells his coach that all his sparing partners are banal. Will’s trainer finds him a better sparing partner,  he is so good that Will gets unconscious.

Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, Will is now conscious from the left hook thrown by his opponent Cain. Ding, Ding, Ding, Ding, the bell rings and they are both in their corners. Round seven is starting up and Will is fighting and giving it his all to win for his brother Darius. Will wants to ascend his limits and be the best he can be. Will hits Cain with a strong right hook to the ear, which made Cain hear a ringing and Cain then dozes off.

Cain grew up in a very wealthy household and had an easy life. Cain was spoiled and would make fun of kids who were wealthy. When Cain entered high school he saw Darius in cheap clothing, and Cain decided to make fun of him. Cain went through all of high school being a bully to Darius. After Cain graduated high school he joined fighting classes because he wanted to make poor people lose and not get any money. Eventually, Cain was called up for an upcoming fight against Will. When Cain found out that his opponent was Will, he trained like never before to make sure Will would lose and not get money. Cain wanted more of a challenge, so he got a good fighting partner. While they were sparring Cain’s sparring partner, made Cain unconscious.

Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, Cain gets up after Will got him with a right hook. Cain and Will are going back and forth while each hit gets harder and harder. The last round approaches and both Will and Cain are exhausted. The bell rings and he gets up close to Cain and with all his emotions balled up into his fist, uppercuts Cain and knocks him out.

Will won the match and the money. When the match was over and Cain got his conscious back, Will walked up to him, asking Cain why he would pick on his brother and nobody else. Cain told Will that he admired him so much to the point where he would get mad because he knew he could never be as good as Darius. Will was shocked to find out that Cain also admired Darius as much as him. Later that day, they both caught up and became really good friends.
