The sky is glistening with unusual moonshine. We somberly lay on the grass.
“The stars appear to be dancing tonight, isn’t it odd?”
He doesn’t reply.
“I’m glad I got to be here with you.”
He doesn’t reply again.
I turn over and I stare at his sulking gray face and touch his cold hand.
