Snooze
What is that beeping? Will it ever stop? It is 6am on Monday morning, and I do not want to get up. I reluctantly hit the snooze button. Why does school require less hours of sleep? There goes my alarm again. It is telling me, “You do not have to get up, just hit me again and you can go right back to sleep.” With physics at 8:15, that idea sounds amazing. I yawn and begin to close my eyes. As I drift back into peace, I hear my alarm clock saying, “Yes, just relax and go back to sleep. No one should have to take physics at 8:15 Monday morning. How important is it anyway?” I open my eyes. Was my alarm clock just talking to me? “Yes,” it replied. I sit up straight. I finally look at the clock and then jump out of bed. I am late!
