The Need to Write

Need to write, need to write, have no sharpened pencil. Trying to think with candle light, no electricity to sharpen it. Trying to keep the thoughts in my mind. The crank sharpener is jammed. Finally a sharpened pencil. The thought is gone. Need to write, need to write, never get it down. Need to write.
