Penny

I've been with Penny for so long. We see each other daily at school, and she comes over every day.
Sometimes I feel guilty for using her, since she's the only thing keeping me from failing. I've only been with her for a month, but our bond is strong.
She was always different from the others. Made a lot shorter, she's sort of bent sideways. But I love her anyways. But every day, I'm killing her slowly.
And today, for the last time, I place Penny into the pencil sharpener--she has no more lead left.
Good-bye Penny.
