Sam’s friend, Peter, bursts through the door. As soon as he enters Sam’s apartment, he feels everything was wrong in there. The moment he opens the front door, he sees piles of trash, magazines, and food all over the floor. As he looks inside, he sees no space left to walk. Literally, random things were spread out throughout on top of everything. Peter questions, what is wrong with this house? Did some burglar just went through his house? It looks like he took out everything inside his cabinets and drawers, and just threw them everywhere. Peter still puzzled, in order to ask Sam what happened, he turns around to him. He is not there. Peter quickly looks right back inside. Sam was already inside his house. There, Peter sees Sam grabbing the juice bottle that seemed to be left alone for weeks... and drinks it. Peter sees small bits of thing floating inside the bottle as he places it back where it was. The bottle also sat there with the cap opened. Peter yells, “Sam, why did you just drink that!”

“Huh? What are you talking about?” replies confused Sam.

Sam’s attitude horrifies Peter. Peter tries to explain how disgusting his house was and what he just did, but he just doesn’t seem to understand what was wrong. Peter encourages him to clean his house, and Sam finally agrees after thirty minutes.

To start with the big job first, Peter asks Sam where he spends most of his time, and Sam leads him to his bedroom. Along the way, Peter evades the obstacles of trash with acrobatic jumps and hops. He also sees a smashed banana that turned all black and bags of chip with chips spilled everywhere. Peter realizes that as he gets closer to Sam’s room, the smell got unbearable. He fully covers his mouth and nose by the time he arrives at Sam’s room. Everything in there seemed bizarre. The smell in that room is like something dead has been lying there all along. Peter has a hard time trying to breathe in his room. Time to time, Peter nearly threw up. The view is horrifying as well. It is like mini garbage dumps all over the place. There are piles of months old pizza boxes which still contained pizza, and many other fast food just laying around in the open. Peter realizes there are no bed in this room so he asks where he sleeps. Sam in response just calmly points towards a corner, where Peter can see a tiny area with a blanket and a pillow that has been covered in junk. While staring at it for five seconds, he sees two black lumps. Peter takes a step to figure what it was. Right then, the two lumps flew up in the air. Right away, Peter realizes the two lumps are cockroaches. Disgusted, he jumps right out the room and back outside.

Although Peter is the one who offered to help clean earlier, he can not bear with his house anymore. It has only been one hour since he entered Sam’s house, but that was more than enough time for Peter to nearly throw up. Peter promises to come back and help clean but fully geared next time.
