Always
She looked at him a couple months after he asked her out. The chemistry was right between them. "Do you love me?" she asked. "Always," he replied. Fast forward ten years. They were getting married. She stood in a long white gown with crystals dripping from the ends like new tears. "I love you," she said "Do you feel ready to marry me?" "Always," he said. fifty years later he was on his death bed and he asked "Do you love me?" She looked at him for a moment and then said, "Always," Later that night he went to heaven and she said into the night "Do you still love me?" and she thought that she could hear the trees whisper "Always,"
