Letter to my Love
I swear to you, I can't take another day of this game. You and I, we've been playing it far too long. One minute you see me and you're stroking my hair when no one's looking, the next you won't reply to my text messages. Do you know what you're doing to me? I'm going completely insane, love. I am so done being your backup plan, the loser you'd never admit befriending. What do I look like to you? An easy give away? Yes, I'll admit I'm a bit too eager and kind of awkward. I get sweaty and I stutter, but can you blame me for getting nervous around the guy who I've dreamt about for eight years? I'm sick. And you know what, you are too because you play with my feelings. We live in a very sick world, love, and it's only expected that we become cold-hearted crazies too. I guess we're not soul mates after all. My love for you was a mistake that fate missed when it planned out my life.
