The Last Sight

There was a house, a very old house. The house was made in 1609 and a couple lived there. The wife’s name was Mary and the husband’s name was Mike. Mary was at work one day and Mike was home watching TV. Mike heard something tapping. So, he went to the door; no one was there. So, he just thought it was something outside. When he sat down again, it felt like someone was staring at him. Mike got up called his wife and said, “Honey, when are you coming home?” She said, “I’m down the street. Honey, is everything ok?” Mike said, “Yea, just wondering. I’ll see you when you come in the door.” When Mary pulled up she saw Mike sitting outside. When Mary got out her car she looked confused. Mike walked up and just came out with it, “Mary, I heard something tapping and it felt like something was staring at me.’’ Mary said, “Mike it’s an old house you just got to get use to it.”
That night, Mike was the first one to fall asleep. Mary was in the kitchen cooking her something to eat. On her way upstairs, she saw a shadow in the hallway. Mary said, “Mike is that is you?” When she said that the shadow moved. When she went in the room, Mike was sound asleep. She just told herself, “I’m just imaging things.” Mary eats her food and fell asleep, but as she fell asleep, something pulled the blanket off her. Mary wakes up to see a demon looking her in the face Mary starts crying and saying prayers. The demon said, “Mary come with me no, one can help you.”
Mary woke up Mike and Mike asked, “Mary, why are you crying?” She said, “Mike, tomorrow we are moving.” That morning as Mary was packing her last bag she felt a very cold feeling. Mike was in the basement getting the last bag. As he was walking upstairs, the door closed. Something pushed him down the stairs. Mike rolled down the stairs and cracked his head open. Mary heard a loud boom and ran downstairs to the basement and saw Mike laying there with blood everywhere. As Mary ran upstairs, something pulls her and snaps her neck. Till this day, no one goes into 1738 Walnut Street.
