The two nurses struggled while escorting Steve to his daily session with Dr. Danvers. Today was different though, today Steve would meet Dr. Danvers in her office for the first time. He wasn’t sure why she had changed the space of their meetings, he liked their old room. A dull empty room where nothing could hurt him, her office was unknown to him and this frightened him. He kicked, yelled, cried and begged for the nurses to take him back to his 8x10 cell as they carried him by the arms. The nurses finally made it to Dr. Danvers office where they threw Steve onto the couch.
Her office was the largest room in the asylum at 15x20. The walls were the void of any decoration except for the wall behind her desk where she had placed a circular mirror with a silver frame that had beams of sun as decorations. When Steve looked into the mirror and saw his reflection he yelled, "Please don't leave me here! This is where the world of monsters is. You can't leave me here alone where is she where is she!?"
"I'm right here" said Dr. Danvers’ nurturing voice, "there is no need to be afraid. The monsters can't get to you here. Why don't you tell me where the portal is so we can close it?"
Steve shouted back, "I can't tell you then they'll know you know about them and they will come for you too! You have to let me close the portal please!!" She looked over at the nurses and told them to unbuckle the restraints on his strait jacket. They looked at each other in astonishment then looked back at her and asked, "Are you sure doctor? He is dangerous."
"Nonsense, Steve would never hurt me. Isn't that right Steve?"
"Yes doctor never. I never hurt anyone."
"Now please unbuckle the restraints on his jacket and leave.” This time she says it in a commanding tone. Without question the nurses unbuckled Steve's restraints and left the office. When door shut behind them Steve leaped up from the couch and zoomed over Dr. Danvers desk where he grabbed a miniature statue of Michelangelo’s David and used it to smash the mirror behind her. After smashing the mirror Steve dropped the statue stared into the vacant circle where his reflection used to be. After about a minute or so he pulled his hands out from his sleeve and with the fingernails of his left hand he steadily slashed his right hand and drew a smiley face with his blood where the mirror used to be. He then turned to the doctor and said, "Thank you for letting me close the portal." Dr. Danvers just sat there looking up at Steve with an expression shock frozen like that of a marble statue. When she realized that he was talking to her she blinked rapidly a few times and said, "No worries. But why did you hurt yourself like that?" She rushed over to him and cleaned the blood from his hand with some Kleenex. She said, "You are bleeding too much you need medical attention. I'm calling the nurses to come get you."
"No," Steve shouted, "please don't call, they work for them you have to protect me. You have to PLEASE!"
"Shhhh shhhh shhh," Dr. Danvers whispered to him and she kneeled down to make eye contact, "How about this, if you promise to get some medical attention for your hand I will get you a pencil and some paper so you can draw again? Hm how does that sound?"
"Do you promise? You have to promise because if you don't the people that come from the shadows will get you."
"I promise," she said.
His breath settled and he calmly sat down on couch waiting for the nurses to return. Steve and Dr. Danvers had a shortened session, and if you were to hear this session they would have sounded more like good friends rather than a doctor and patient. After 15 minutes the two robust nurses came in to take Steve to infirmary. Steve looked at Dr. Danvers with a worried look on his face. He didn't want to be taken away he was afraid of them and in need of assurance. Dr. Danvers looked at him with warm blue eyes and nodded. Steve got up bowed his head and slowly walked over to the nurses.

The infirmary was located in the original asylum which had been built in the late 1800s. The hallways looked like old brick lined tunnels, and because it is considered to be a historical sight they weren't allowed to put any lighting system that would damage the historical value of the asylum. Therefore many of the lights were faulty and flickered.  As they walked through the dimly lit halls Steve's sense of safety slowly began to deteriorate and as they were about to reach the nurses office Steve began to shout, "No stay back stay back! Get away from me, get way." He began kicking and wiggling violently; the nurses struggled to hold on to him. He was able to push one nurse to the ground and kick him before the nurse was able to wrestle Steve to the ground and inject him with a sedative. They carried him to the infirmary where the medical officer on duty bandaged on his hand. The nurses then dragged Steve back to his room and threw him to the floor of his padded cell.
Steve had been an inmate at the asylum since he was 18 years old. He was very skinny. He was the average height for a male of 25, yet despite his size he had an incredible amount of strength. The guards and nurses called his strength a side effect of his mental condition.

After her session with Steve, Ms. Danvers worked late as usual. She lived alone in a small one bedroom apartment in downtown Boston. She didn't have anyone special in her life no boyfriend, no husband, and no parents. Her mother became a victim of the asylums insanity, and killed Dr. Danvers sister. When the police found her she said that she killed her daughter, Carol, because Carol’s spirit came to her in a dream and begged her to set her free.  Her mother was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was admitted into the asylum. Her father was the head psychiatrist at the Danvers Asylum before and after the incident he spent all his time at the asylum trying to cure his wife. Because of this Dr. Danvers practically grew up in the Asylum. She even made friends with some of the patients there. In fact her best friend growing up was a serial killer who killed his victims by gutting them and replacing their organs with cotton stuffing. He was called the teddy bear killer.
Dr. Danvers was very impressionable as a child and one day her father caught her cutting open the belly of nurse and replacing his intestines with those of her teddy bear. She looked up at her father and said, “Come here Joey, you’re from the teddy bear world and the other teddies want you to go back.” He watched his daughter and she stabbed the nurse in the leg. Her father stopped her before she could do anymore damage. Her father covered up the incident and repressed her newly developed urge to kill with hypnosis.

From a pile of old books she took out a journal where she would write about her most interesting cases. For the past couple of months the only patient she would write about was Steve. His mental instability fascinated her. She had diagnosed him with psychosis. However, today instead of writing about his condition she wrote about his reaction to his reflection in the mirror, and how protective he was of her. On any other night she would write about Steve and how he acted in their first session in her office, but on that night she wrote things like, "he leaped over me and shattered the mirror which he thought was holding a monster. He looked like a knight slaying a dragon." After reflecting and romanticizing her session with him she ate a late dinner took a bath and went to bed.

That night Steve dreamt about his finally. He dreamt about the abuse delivered to him by his father. Steve remembered the vicious slaps his father would throw at him after drinking too much, or how he would never let Steve express himself. Steve dreamt about his father towering over him and yelling at him through a thick beard and his boozy breath. He remembered his father showering him with spit as he thundered, "Real men play sports and get dirty they don't sit inside and draw like a spineless worms. You are a disappointment Steve just like your b**** of a mother." The abuse was constant and the only support and protection he ever got was from his mother. He remembered hiding from his dad under the kitchen table when he first got home. He remembered his father shouting his name.

Steve considered his mother his very own arch Angel. She would always compliment him on his newest work of art or help him with his latest story. She was always there to steer him in the right direction until his 18th birthday. On Steve's 18th birthday his father went to the bar, as he did most nights, while Steve stayed home and celebrated with his mother. When his father came home more drunk than usual he accused his wife of cheating on him and called Steve a bastard child. He said, "That can't be my son. There is no way that thing can be my son. I know you slept with some fruitcake, b****. Where is the worm Mary?"
Crying she said, “I won’t tell you John. Just pleas calm down, I never cheated on you!”
“Don’t lie to me you b****!” He then began punching her in the face.
Steve hid under the kitchen table and watched the horror through the reflection of the living room mirror. When Steve’s father was finished beating his wife he came to the kitchen and saw Steve hiding under the table. He ripped Steve out from under the table and said, “There you are you little bastard.” Steve began to cry in fear and his father said, “Be a man god dam it. If people are gonna think that you’re my son the least you can do is be man.” He began punching Steve in the face and after breaking his son’s nose he threw Steve to the ground and went to the cabinet where they kept the knives and take the sharpest on.
Steve could see his father’s blood shot eyes looking down at him as he waited there paralyzed with fear for his father to kill him. From out of nowhere he saw his mother leap in front of his father and wrestle him for control of the knife. However, with in quick slash of the knife Steve saw his mother's white dress turn red.
All of a sudden the living room of his old home started to morph and he could hear the clanging of metal restraints and the trickles of chains as they fell from the walls. He saw his father look at him with those red eyes and his beard now soaked red in blood and smile. In a deep demonic voice he heard his father say, " Come here Stevie, come here you little b******. Let Daddy show you what we do with muts." Steve dreamt about the rage and hate that he felt in that moment and how for only a moment he lost sight of who he was. Then without warning Steve saw himself on top of his father ripping out his jugular. He remembered being showered by the warm blood as it covered his body. He remembered feeling satisfied with what he had done.

The next morning Dr. Danvers woke up and drove to the Asylum. The asylum is located on an island 30 miles outside of the city and there is only one bridge on and off the island with a check point at both ends of the bridge. Escape is nearly impossible. After
Dr. Danvers crossed the bridge she had to drive another 5 miles until she was met by a giant iron gate with a capital D on the front. The gate was flanked by 20 foot tall Brick walls which surrounded the complex. The asylum itself looked like an old European gothic church, surrounded by gargoyles.  The main building's facade was made from dark opaque stone and at the center was a colossal oculus of stained glass.
After parking her car Dr. Danvers went to her office. Like every morning she noticed the loud squeaks and creaks of the hard wood floors. She shuddered at the faint moans, groans, and cries for help in the background as she walked up the stairs to her office. She had spent her entire life at the asylum and the sounds of pain and desperation made by the patients never bothered her. They were the only sounds she knew and she found them comforting. They made her feel like she was at home.

Back in his cell Steve had finally woken up and was shouting and crying for help, "Where is it!? Where is the safe world? Someone pleas answer me! You" he called to a nurse, "have you seen an Angel fly threw a circle in the air?"
"Umm sorry I haven't."
"Oh no, oh no, oh no. The monsters will come back soon and if the angel isn't here, oh god."
"Hey hey hey," the nurse said," relax look monsters can't get in here. This is the most secure place on earth. There is no way any monsters can get in."
"I don't believe you! That's not true! You don't have the power to keep them away!"
"Well is there anyone that does?"
"The Angel, me, and my guardian, I can't defend myself unless you untie me. Please call the Angel back!"
"I’m sorry but I can't I haven't seen any. Now I have to get back to work."
"No don't go! Please get my guardian get Dr. Danvers." The nurse just stared back Steve with a look of disbelief in his eyes and slowly walked away. Steve was now terrified and franticly ran under his bed and sleep cried in fear as he pulled his knees up to his chest and curled himself into a bar. He whispered to himself that everything was going to be ok and he was going to be fine. He tried to wriggle out of his strait jacket but couldn't. This only made him more afraid and he began to shout. He yelled at the nurses begging them to take him to Dr. Danvers. He no longer felt safe in his cell.
After several hours of crying and yelling the guards finally brought him to his daily session with Dr. Danvers. However, this time he didn't struggle with the nurses because, he knew that if he did not only would the nurses hurt him but more importantly he would not be able to see Dr. Danvers. When they reached her office the guards escorted him into the office sat him down on the couch and left. Dr. Danvers walked over slowly staring into his eyes, and gently unharnessed the restraints on Steve's strait jacket. She slowly walked back to her desk. As she walked Steve noticed her rich brown hair, just like his mothers, bouncing with every step, and when she turned around he noticed how it rose up and floated like a gentle typhoon. Then from her desk she presented him with a pencil and some paper. She said, "Look what I brought you."  He was still distracted by the way she had walked away from him and how her hair had moved, therefore the only response he could give was a blank stare. She said, "Steve look I brought you a pencil and paper, you know so you can draw again." Steve shook his head and said, "oh yes thank you," he got up from the couch and took the pencil and paper from her, "you look different today."
"What do you mean by that Steve?"
"Your hair it looks different. It feels different. The monsters are afraid of it."
"Why thank you Steve. It's just a new something I picked up," she said as she gently pulled up a lock of her hair to her nose, inhaled, and said, "I'm glad you like it."
"Indeed."
"Well back to our session. I'm sorry to say Steve that the way you behaved on the way to the infirmary yesterday ruined any chance you had of being able to have pencils and paper in your room. Why didn't you behave like asked you to?"
"I couldn't the monsters were coming through the portal I had to stop them but they wouldn't let me."
"I thought you destroyed the portal yesterday?"
"I only destroyed one."
"And how many are there?"
"There is only one left Dr. Danvers"
"Will drawing help you close the portal?"
"Yes, but only temporarily."
"Then what are you waiting for close the portal Steve save us all." When Steve heard this he focused on the paper and he franticly started drawing and the paper that she had given him. After 60 minutes he finished and handed it to her. She looked at the paper and saw a big burly man wearing a leather jacket and jeans. The figure had no face only a skull with then horns of the devil shooting out of it. The figure stood on a pile of bones and old dresses.
"This monster it’s horrific Steve, why did you draw this?"
"I had to Dr. Danvers it's the only way to close the portal. It's like mama said you have to trap the king of the bad world in a picture and he will be trapped there for a little bit. Only he can open the portal so if he is trapped he the portal has to stay closed."
"I see."
"Can I draw you something nice Dr. Danvers? I always drew something nice for mother after I trapped the king of the bad world."
"Of course Steve, I would be honored." Steve's face lit up and he gracefully began drawing an image on the page. After an hour of meticulous work Steve handed over his drawing to Dr. Danvers.

He had drawn two figures on the page, one was a little boy facing forward and the other was of an older women facing away from the audience with her head tilted.
"Are you the boy in this drawing?" Dr. Danvers asked.
"Yes." He responded.
"Who is the woman in the photo Steve?"
"She is my mama and guardian; you both have the same hair."
"I see. And where is your mother or guardian."
"My mother is dead. The king of the bad world killed her." He started to cry a little and buried his face into his hands. Dr. Danvers walked over to him and put her arm around him for comfort. He looked up at her and his faced twitched for a second or two forming a smile and he said, "But my guardian still protects me."
"I'm so sorry about your mother," she said as she put her hand on his. He looked down at his and pulled it away from her to his chest. She continued, "I'm happy that you’re still protected by your guardian though."
"Yes me to."
"I enjoyed our session today Steve. I hope that tomorrow's will be just as progressive."
"Is it over already?" He asked disappointed.
"I'm afraid so. I have other work to do Steve but I promise that I will be here again tomorrow. Now will you behave for the nurses?"
"Yes Dr. Danvers I will behave, the king is trapped." The nurses accompanied Steve back to his room. Dr. Danvers stayed late again, but not to look over files. She stared at the drawing Steve had done for her and after staring at it for a while she realized that the jacket the woman was wearing the same jacket that she had worn to work the previous day. Dr. Danvers felt a warm feeling inside her and began to blush. She pulled out her journal from her bag and pair of scissors with glue from her desk cabinet. She then cut out the women in the drawing and glued it into her journal.
Rather than overwhelm herself with work Dr. Danvers decided to break her routine and go see someone she hadn’t seen since she was a little girl.  She got up from her desk and began to walk out of the building where her office. When she got outside she was greeted by the harsh bite of Jack Frost on her lips, she tried to evade the cold by covering her face with her scarf. She began walking to the woman’s ward. The only light she had to guide her through the dirt path was a row of street lamps. Ever since she was a little girl there was one street lamp that flickered. Next, to this lamp there was a tree that had been dead for years. Underneath the tree there was a crooked tombstone. The shadow cast by the trees branches looked like the long boney fingers of dead reaching down into the earth so that they could be reunited with their fellow fallen. There was an engraving of a C on the tomb stone which had a crack running through it, and below the C there was an inscription that read, Loving Daughter.
Dr. Danvers took a short pause and the tomb stone and then moved on. When she finally reached the woman’s ward she uncovered her face and hung her coat in the camera room.  She made her way down a dark hallway with rows of iron doors. From behind the doors she could hear the moans and cries of the patients. When Dr. Danvers arrived at the final door she stopped opened it and went inside.
“Hello mother,” she said.
Her mother was slow to wake up from her sleep. When she finally realized what was going on she looked at her daughter and said, “OH honey it’s so nice to see you! How have you been?”
“I’ve been good mother.”
“I’m glad to hear that. Have you seen your sister recently?”
“Only briefly,” said Dr. Danvers.
“It’s been a while since she was released, I miss her.”
“Me to mother, I’m sorry that I haven’t visited allot lately, I’ve been …um…preoccupied.”
“Please tell me it’s because of a boy,” said Dr. Danvers mother. Dr. Danvers didn’t respond she turned away and tried to hide a smile from her mother. Her mother noticed and said, “It is. Oh I’m so excited. Tell me all about him. Is he handsome, does he have one of those faces you just want to eat up?”
“Yes mother he is handsome,” said Dr. Danvers as she held back her smile.
Her mother yelled, “Tell me more tell me more!” She shot up from her bed and on her knees scurried over to her daughter.
Dr. Danvers stood up from her chair looked directly down at her mother and in a commanding tone said, “Mother, calm down you are getting excited.”
“Stop acting like your father,” her mother said, “he never let me get involved in the lives of you and your sister.  Tell me what is he like is he fun like your mother or dull like your father.” She shot up to her feet and confronted her daughter.
As she was forced to the padded wall behind her by her mother Dr. Danvers said, “Mother, stop, you don’t know what you are doing, you aren’t in control.”
“Your father said the same thing after what happened to your sister.”
Dr. Danvers looked deep into her mother’s eyes and said, “How dare you talk about my sister.”
“Excuse me, don’t talk…”
Dr. Danvers interrupted her and said, “Quiet. I am not afraid of you mother, I am a hero, a guardian, an angel. You are nothing more than crazed old woman.” Dr. Danvers pointed her finger to the bed and like a dog ordered her mother to go back. Her mother tried to resist but Dr. Danvers slapped her across the face, and like a broken animal she hung her head and went back to bed.
Dr. Danvers left the woman’s ward and made her way back down the dirt path. When she reached the crooked tombstone she heard a voice behind her and like a tornado spun around to face the speaker.
“Oh it’s you.”

Back in his cell Steve was looking through the bars of his window staring at Dr. Danvers who had just left the woman’s ward. He watched her as she lingered at crooked tombstone under the dead tree by the flashing street light, and admired her. When she finally left he walked over to his bed and begand humming a cherry tune when he was interrupted by a faun leaping into the room via portal.  "Hey there Steve," the faun said, "you look like you’re in a good mood today, aren't you afraid of the king?"
"I trapped him."
"Trapped him," the faun said in disbelief, "HOW?!"
"My guardian, Dr. Danvers she gave me magic tools so that I could trap him in the paper world where he can't move."
"That's amazing, you're amazing! What world does your guardian come from?"
  "She comes from my world."
"How did she get a hold of magical tools. There is no magic in your world."
"You're wrong. Only guardians have magic on my world."
"Guardians like Dr. Danvers."
"Yes and my mother."
"Oh I see," said the faun.
"Yes. Now I need to go to bed it was great talking to you faun. I have to be well rested for tomorrow's meeting with Dr. Danvers, those magical weapons took allot out of me."
"Ok Steve, good night."
"Good night," Steve said. Then he lay down on his bed and went to sleep.

That night Dr. Danvers went straight to bed. After meeting with her mother she began having head aches and flashes of memories that she assumed weren’t her own. She thought that a good night sleep would fix all her problems. When Dr. Danvers fell asleep she began to toss and turn in her bed, she was having a nightmare. In her dream saw she was 8 years old and was skipping down the halls of the asylum with her little sister and a giant teddy bear. They were laughing and having wonderful the sun was shining through the windows, the birds were singing, and everything was perfect, until a cackling witch swooped in on her broom and stole her sister and the teddy bear away from her.
Afraid and alone she fell to her knees and began to cry. When she looked up she saw a knight in shining armor on a white horse holding out his hand. She took it and the knight pulled her up on the horse. They swiftly galloped down the halls of the asylum till they reached a big black door. The knight got off the horse then helped her down, and gave her a sword. She looked up at the knight and nodded; the knight looked back at her and did the same. He turned around and kicked the door open, they charged into the room and saw the Carol, Dr. Danvers sister, and the giant teddy bear dangling over a boiling caldron. Together Dr. Danvers and the Knight slayed the witch, cut her head off, and freed the Carol and the teddy bear.
Dr. Danvers hugged her friends and went over to the witches head. Her face was covered by a black vail. Dr. Danvers pulled back the vail and saw her mother’s face on the witch.  She then looked at the knight who took his helmet off revealing Steve’s face. After seeing this Dr. Danvers transformed into the grown woman she was and ran into Steve’s arms. She looked into his dark brown eyes and kissed him.
Dr. Danvers shot up into a seated position and smiled.

It had been 4 months since Dr. Danvers first session with Steve and their last session was a breakthrough. For the first time in 4 months he was able to focus on something other than portals to other worlds and she knew that it was all because of her. However, rather than feeling proud of the profess he made she felt honored and afraid. When she woke up that morning she sat up in bed and grabbed her notebook from her bedside table and opened to the page where she had glued Steve's drawing. She looked at it for an hour before she realized that she was going to be late for work and in a frenzy gathered her things showered and left for work. When Ms. Danvers arrived at her office she saw two guards reinstalling the mirror that Steve had broken. She looked at them and asked, "What are you two doing?"
"Putting up a new mirror, should we not?"
"No it's fine please continue, but how exactly did you guys know that I needed a new one?"
"Everyone knows about the incident with Steve. And eventually word got out to the historical society that the mirror had been broken so they paid for a new lens. I had no idea that this mirror has been since the beginning."
"Yes," Ms. Danvers said, "it was my great great grandfathers. Funny I wonder what he would say about woman staring into that mirror now, hell I wonder what my father would say."
"What do you mean by that doc?"
"Well my father never thought of the Asylum as place for women."
"Oh I see," said one of the guards, "daddy was trying to protect his two girls. Good man your father."
"Ya he was a great man."
"Well I need to get back to work is there anything else you need from me Ms. Danvers?"
"No thank you. You can go back to work now."

Once again the nurses dragged Steve into Dr. Danvers office, threw him on the couch, unbuckled his restraints, and their session began. The first thing Steve noticed was the mirror. He stared into it for a while then asked why the portal is back. Dr. Danvers told him that it wasn't the same portal as the one he destroyed and that the king couldn't reach them. Steve started off by talking about the good world in his room and how impressed the faun was with how he trapped the king of the bad world.
"That's wonderful," Ms. Danvers said, "did you and the faun talk about anything else?"
"Indeed we did Dr. Danvers, we spoke about you."
"Me," she began to blush, "what an honor. What did you say about me?"
"Well I told the faun that you are a guardian just like my mother and that you have magical tools that allowed me to trap the king of the bad world in paper."
"Wow. Well I'm glad to hear that. You know Steve your probably the first person to believe in me so much."
"What do you mean Dr. Danvers?"
"Well," she said as she slowly walked over to the couch and sat down next to him, "you’re the first person to ever have any faith in me."
"You’re a guardian of this world Dr. Danvers everyone I know has faith in you."

"Not my father," she placed her hand on his leg and began to caress it, "he never thought I was good enough for this job. He never thought that I could be a guardian, I even got the courage to stand up to my mother."
Steve backed away and pushed himself to the end of the couch. He said, "Dr. Danvers what are doing? Please stop you’re scaring me."
"No no please don't be afraid Steve. Come here Steve. I spoke to my sister after seeing my mother I told her about you and all that you have done for me. She was so impressed with.."
"No," Steve looked into the mirror and saw fire rising he yelled, "Dr. Danvers stop the portal to the bad world its open! Stop the king possessing you!" Steve got up from the couch and ran to the other side of the room. As he was turning away Dr. Danvers grabbed s loose belt and pulled Steve towards her like a dog on a leash.
She yelled, “Steve don’t go! Get back here I haven’t finished telling you what I told my sister.”  Frightened he tugged with all his might eventually flinging her off the couch and on to the ground. She got up and ran towards Steve. Steve picked her up and threw her on the desk, and then he climbed on top of her wrapped his hands around her throat and began to crush it.
"I have to do this Dr. I'm sorry it's the only way to get out the king!"
"Ak, gu, ak." She grabbed a letter opener and stabbed Steve in the chest causing him to jump off of her. When he landed he found himself facing the mirror and staring into the fires of the bad world. As Dr. Danvers rose up and her reflection began to show in the mirror Steve didn't see Dr. Danvers. He saw a skull with horns.
Dr. Danvers responded in a demonic voice, "I told my sister how you saved me from the king of the bad world, how you gave me the courage to stop the queen of the bad world! You know what she told me Steve, she told me that you set her free. Thank you my love." She bent over and began kissing him.
Steve felt her tongue slip into his mouth. Not knowing what to do and terrified Steve bit down and hard as he could and felt the warm crimson blood rush down his throat like a waterfall of iron. After spitting her tongue from his mouth he shouted, “How did you escape I trapped you! HELP SOME ONE HELP!! When he looked up he saw Dr. Danvers standing above him with the small statue he used to destroy the mirror from their first session in this room and watched as she hit him across the head with it.
Dr. Danvers began to undress Steve when she heard banging against the door.
“Open the door Dr. Danvers right now,” shouted the guard from behind the door.
Dr. Danvers ignored the man and continued undressing Steve and herself. Steve felt the weight of her body on top of him and was able to feel her warm skin against his. He tried to shout but all he could manage was weak moan. Steve’s gaze turned to the mirror where he was forced to watch the reflection of the horrors taking place. Once again he was too weak to look away and was caught staring at his at his tragedy waiting for death like a dear caught in headlights.
Blood splattered from Steve’s head against her naked body as she approached the apex of pleasure she began to moan and gurgle from the blood that was filling her mouth from when Steve bit off her tongue.
When the guards finally broke the door down they found Dr. Danvers cold naked corpse dead by drowning in a sea of her own blood, lying on top of Steve’s.
