Palestinians need your help. They are getting bombed and displaced, result in losing their jobs, families, schools and houses. But this isn’t a recent thing. The Israeli Palestinian war has an extensive history behind it, and now the problem has appeared again.

4.7 million Palestinians have been displaced and forced from their homes. Data indicates that 26% of the people in the West Bank are refugees, while the percentage of refugees in Gaza Strip is 64%. This leads to almost  4.7 million Palestinians forced from their homes being pushed to a place in the world where they can’t afford anything. While the adults lose their job and can’t feed their family kids lose their education because of Israeli bombings. Also, there are about 7.2 million Palestinian refugees worldwide. More than 4.3 million Palestinian refugees and their descendants displaced in 1948 are registered for humanitarian assistance with the United Nations. Also, ten members of a Palestinian family – two women and eight children – have been killed by an Israeli air raid on their home in the Shati refugee camp in the Gaza Strip, following the fifth night of relentless bombardment besieged enclave. The death toll of Israeli airstrikes on Gaza rose to 200 and includes 59 children, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said on Monday, adding that the total number of injuries in the city has been increased to 1,305. Both sides said they were close to an agreement to end more than a week of fighting. President Biden and other world leaders intensified calls to end the conflict, which has killed at least 227 people in Gaza and 12 in Israel. Israel are being annihilated as well, but Palestine almost triples the number of Israeli deaths.

2020 has been the worst year for child displacement. The most impacted thing is Palestinian education because over 5,200 expect their schools to be knocked down, leading to hundreds of thousands of kids losing their education. And without instruction, they don't learn about things they might need in life. Since most of the kids' parents have been killed, they have to move to a different country by themselves and can't afford education. In addition, child rights data shows that the number of children affected and displaced due to demolitions of Palestinian homes, water wells, and infrastructure has increased to 3,120 children affected or displaced. Also, over 840 structures in the West Bank have been torn down or seized by Israeli authorities in 2020, forcing at least 518 children and their families from their homes, Save the Children said today. This makes 2020 the worst year since 2016 for displaced.

I am urging you to help the state of Palestine help because they are getting greatly affected and are a developing country that can’t defend themselves. What makes it worse is that kids are tremendously affected by being displaced and losing their homes and schools. We can help Palestine by donating to sites that help displaced Palestinians.
