Do you think there is too much pressure on girls to have the perfect body? there is too much pressure on girls to have the perfect body because those people that  are judging  you about how your body looks, they are making your self-esteem low about how you feel about yourself. And because all the stuff they say about your body you are going to believe them and will want to change how your body looks like. And also they look at famous people with perfect body and will want to look like them.

One reason there is too much pressure for girls to have the perfect body is because all the stuff people say about other people’s body can lower their self-esteem.Which is not good because you would want to change how you look like. I did some research and i found an article that talked about people’s low self-esteem. ‘’Girls are constantly lowering their self- esteem by saying that they are not as pretty as the other girls’’ they think bad about their self. Another quote is ‘’ another reason why girls lower their self-esteem is because of celebrities’’ they look at celebrities and will want to look like them .My last quote is ‘’ lastly, girls are concerned about their appearances because of bullies’’ which will lower their self-esteem.

My second reason is because all the stuff they say you will start to believe them and will want to change your body. On a article it says ‘’ overall, there is too much pressure on girls. Society tells girls how to look and how to act’’ which it should not, my other quote is ‘’teenagers in our culture are constantly forced to act and feel a certain way. Society enjoys dictating how our youth should behave’’ which they are forced to look a certain way. my last quote is ‘’ the pressures are placed on teens to meet a certain standard often lead to harmful outcomes’’ which it should not  either. This shows that there is too much pressure on girls to have the perfect body.

My third reason is that girls will look at famous people with a perfect body for example like nicki minaj, and girls will want to look like them. Just because she has a nice body. I found some articles and got some quotes. ‘’I think that girls are pressured to look like super-models more than people think’’ and this quotes is true because there’s some people that want their girlfriends and stuff to have a body. My other quote i found is ‘’it may make them feel bad because they don’t look like the models in the ads’’ this quote is saying that girls feel bad about there bodys and they want to look like the models in the ads we see. My last quote is ‘’it is not that i am intimidated by people in magazines because they work hard to be the way they look. So don’t worry if u don’t have a perfect body you're beautiful in your own way.

In the other hand people think there is no pressure on girls to have the perfect body. They think that girls are making themselves sad about their body because they see other people with a perfect body and will want to look like them. They said to just be yourself and be grateful on how you look like. They said that nobody's perfect, you were born like this.

And i agree with the part when they said to be yourself because nobody's perfect but i still think that there is pressure on girls at school boys and other people make fun of some people's body but they shouldn't care of what people think about them just ignore them. This is all
