Even if we don't know it
Why do we bully?
One can never be sure but people always wonder. That’s one of the many questions that keep me from sleeping at night. I think we bully to satisfy this need to feel superior. It’s in our nature you don’t want to be picked last for dodge ball or anything for that matter. You want to succeed and win a trophy or just hear a good job or congratulations once in a while. The people who bully others are the people that didn’t succeed the ones left alone, the ones with no congratulations to hear, the ones picked last for dodge ball. So they needed to tear down others so they can feel as if they are good enough. They make up some delusional theory in their head that if they are mean enough if they hurt other’s feelings that it will wash away all the tears they suffered before they started dealing those tears out. I believe there are no rotten eggs or bad seeds in our world. That everyone starts out good and pure but then something happens to them and disrupts their view on what’s bad and good and then taints their purity. So think before you speak because you could be the one creating the next generation of bullies even if you don’t know it.
