Break the Label
Bullies, Bullied, Bystanders alike
We are all victim to the one we call fright.
Fear of the judgement
The labels
The lies
Fear of the watchful jury
With their merciless eyes
That feed the doubt rooted in our minds
In the mirror, who's standing there?
A man, a woman, a boy, a girl?
Awkward, too tall, stupid, too short
We accept all the labels that cover it all
All the good quirks, the beautiful flaws
The independent, the sporty, the loving, the strong
What we don't realize is we don't need the labels
to tell us who we really are
We don't need to change
To fit in with the stars
Just be yourself and know it now
Before it's to late and we lose a sun to the clouds
