More grades, more tears
Bullying has been effecting our world for over thousands of generations. Is it something that runs in genetic potential? No. It's school. School not only shutters the minds of creativity, it is also open for a social life. Schools are the main source of bullying.
Many people make friends just by going of school. They can also make enemies. Of course, you can argue that being social is just getting through life, but that isn't the point.
Over the years, I have dealt with bullying regarding school in many different years. You get straight A's, people say that you're super clever-sometimes a little too much. Children don't enjoy dealing with being a "nerd" and sometimes drop their grades, then they get called stupid.
It's not only their peers who bug children about their grades, it's also their parents. Yes, I know, I shouldn't be getting involved with punishments, but some parents can be very strict. For example, one of my peers had his phone taken away for the marking period, and he's not allowed to play on his xbox for five weeks, only because he got four C's. Another one of my peers got eight C's. Parent's criticism can go a little too far.
School in General can be very stressful. This is mostly because of grades, and because of the social pyramid. This is something that will never be stopped, but can be decreased. If we watch our children more closely, and actually take a little time to get to know them better, to open up about their social life, then something can be done about all the tears that have been shed because of an A+ or an F.
