It feels like Gisele Kinaebel's article, "English Muffins, Math Tests, and Hotel Rooms," was written about me as I found it extremely relatable. I too struggle immensely in math class and reading her article made me feel like I was not alone. It was especially relatable when she stated "and even though you asked questions and did the problems, you didn't learn anything." As someone who does exactly that, and still fails to comprehend the material entirely, it is hard and overwhelming. However, Gisele Kinaebel, made it seem like getting a "bad" test score, regardless of the countless hours spent studying, is truly not the end of the world. Quite frankly, it will not matter in a couple years, so, a big thank you to Gisele for sharing and reassuring that one bad test score "won't determine your future."
