Not Well Enough
I can relate to Sequoia O. when she wrote about depression and suicide “Not Well Enough.” Her article talks about how we, the society lies about how were “Fine”. I, like many others have had suicidal thoughts and attempted suicide. One quote that stood out to me was “ I’m trying to write about my day but my mind is racing. My heart is hurting and the words aren’t coming out right”. This quote reminds me of myself and how this has happened many times. Thank you Sequoia for writing an amazing article that explains the mind of a depressed suicidal teenager. Others can now have a little understanding and try and help out this issue.
