Feedback for "Puppy Cruelty: Mills" MAG
I had never heard of puppy mills before reading this article. I always figured that people just bred puppies and sold them to pet shops. I agree totally with Claire H.’s point of view on this situation. People need to pass this article along to others so we can end this cruelty.
Informing more people may prevent four out of five animals from being put to sleep in animal shelters. I also think that if the puppy mills weren’t so cramped and dirty, they wouldn’t have all the problems they do. The puppies wouldn’t be so sickly and mean to people. Even though puppy mills are a business, I think they should give the female dogs a rest between litters. Claire’s article gave me a huge wake-up call about where most puppies in pet shops really come from.
