The writing titled “The Breakfast Club,” written by Katie S., talks about the ‘80s movie. Her writing left me feeling relatable. Katie S. shares her view of The Breakfast Club very well. She gives a rundown of the movie, and she tells the basis of the plot which is, “What would happen if five people from totally different groups of the high school scene were forced to spend a Saturday together in detention?” This movie portrays the different high school cliques conversing as a whole. In the movie, it has the different people known as the princess, the bad boy, the jock, the geek, and the freak. I love how Katie adds a moral of the movie, “You can’t judge a book by its cover, no matter how pristine or messy it might be.” This is a very important lesson all people could learn from. As a teenager, I view this often. High school tends to be where it takes place most often.
