Why do I have a hard time thinking about what to write when I am in a good mood but when I am down I can write a lot?

I always find it easier to write when i am feeling rater sad,because itd=s a way of expressing myself,so the same could be true for u.............

Because you can show more emotionwhen you experience things up front.
