It Made Me Wonder
The poem “We Wonder” by Alicia Holland from Bronx, NY is one of the many poems I read that caught my eye. I really love this poem to be completely honest with you! Everyone one of these questions Alicia is asking is all of the ones I myself have asked. Alicia mentions religion various times in here poem. Which really drew me in, because I’ve never came across a poem talking about religion before. Therefore, I really enjoyed what she said, she mentions that a believer never believes always and that some of us have followed atheist objections. True? You tell me. There is so many different and so many questions being asked in this poem that I think that everybody has asked themselves at least one. I wonder if everyone asks the questions I’ve been asking. I wonder if someone somewhere people actually know the answers to these questions. Or I wonder if it’s all just a myth.
