Sink or Swim
I wholeheartedly agree with Molly F. in her article Sink or Swim. I can appreciate all the hard work she does because I am also on swim team. I know that in swim if you work hard in practice then you will get better. And you will know that all your hard work at practice was not for nothing. It was for looking at your time at the end of a race and seeing that you got much better.
