All Gone
I can honestly say i was able to relate to the poem "All Gone" by Mitchell M. The metaphors created held a deep significance that embraced the mood, nostalgia. One passage i really liked is, "Nostalgia is the face of a loved one, burned deep into your mind..." This is where i drew the closest connection because my family and i have been through thick and thin, and this quote resembles that same scenario. It is a short and simple poem, yet it symbolizes a strong emotion we have all come across. "All Gone" was truely one of my favorites.
