Summer Reading: A National Tragedy
I wholeheartedly agree with Elena N. in her article “Summer Reading: A National Tragedy.” I also think there should not be any summer reading. Even if there is we should be able to pick the book we read. Maybe even just give us a type of book selection to pick. I really like what was said about “Why must summer reading assignments be so rigid?” I have had to do summer reading fore school and I didn’t do it till last min because I don’t appreciate to read much and plus I had summer plans. Thank you Elena for writing a letter I could relate to.
