"HOW I BECAME A CROSS-COUNTRY RUNNER"
I CAN RELATE TO MARY D ABOUT BECOMING A CROSS COUNTRY RUNNER. I ONCE DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO BUT I REALIZED I COULD KEEP A STEADY PACE AT RUNNING. ALSO I NEVER WORKOUT OR PREPARED FOR ANYTHING AND WHEN I DID RUN I WON THE RACE THAT I ATTENDED AND THAT WAS THE 200 METER DASH. ALL IN ALL, THANK-YOU MARY FOR THE DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS ABOUT BECOMING A CROSS COUNTRY RUNNER.
