I can relate, to a certain point, to Amy Gossett when she writes about her article "Digital Divide". Although, "the FBI would be launching a manhunt within five minutes," is an exaggeration, it does only emphasize the fact that parents only want their children to be safe in this world. When Amy says, "You're too involved with my life," I only want to as her one question; would you rather have a parent involved in your life, or one that doesn't care at all? I could also understand how parents don't exactly agree with the use of internet. The many things people can do is frightening. She only supports this fact by saying, "...will exist on the internet forever." The involvement and over-protection from our parents maybe a little extreme, but it's our safety. Thank you, Amy, for the eye opening article.
