What really matters...
What really matters the most?
Is it our popularity?
Is it our sanity?
Or how about our trust, the trust that brings out the really us,
The one that is with us even when we feel like were nothing but little bits of dust.
I've done things that I am proud of and things that I'm not proud of.
I've lost people's trust at times, too, like how I did on yesterday's afternoon.
I remember knowing how stupid I was to do something like that... losing someone's trust...
I know now how stupid i was that day and how i screwed up,
but now I too know that little by little, maybe... just maybe...
I'd be able to laugh with that person again and know that the one thing that really does matter the most,
is trust...
