Where I Come From
I come from a supportive family consisting of my parents, two siblings and a dog. I come from having two best friends who’ve always been courageous with me, to five broken bones. I come from a town with a population of 12,382 people. I come from church Sunday mornings, to breaking the law with speeding tickets. I come from visiting my Grandma with a sailor’s mouth, four hours to Minocqua. I come from participating in the spelling bee but losing in the first round to “pasture”. I come from studying for hours, but only being a “C” student. I come from being competitive, to taking home trophies. I come from skiing since I could walk to snowboarding and Ski Patrol. I come from being introverted and overweight, to outgoing and comfortable with myself. My past doesn’t define my future, but it helped mold me into the person I am today. I am Leah
