My eyes are closed, to hide the tears. I bite my lip hoping, of all people, you’d care. Maybe im just stupid, for falling so fast. Maybe its your fault for not catching me. Maybe it was writers for miss leading me into thinking things would change. Maybe it was tv, how in the end everything turned out for the better. Maybe it was my daddy’s fault for reading me all those fairytales. Maybe it was the fairytales faults. Because I didn’t get my happy ever after...... Well at least not with you anyway
