My Hero
My hero is Selena Gomez. She is my inspiration, for she is a strong, independent woman, who pushes her limits and does incredible things for other people. For instance, about one or two years ago she found out she had lupus, an incurable disease. Lupus is an inflammatory disease caused when the immune system attacks its own tissues, but Selena stood strong and fought through it like a true queen. Another example, is the fact that Selena does many charity works. For example, she has been a UNICEF ambassador since 2009, and has helped multiple charities like 10x10. A Day Made Better, Alliance For Children's Rights, ALS Association, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Elton John AIDS Foundation, ENOUGH Project, Free The Children. Those are just some of the amazing things Selena Gomez has done, and that's why she is my hero.
