Smile
My name is Michele TJ. I am sixteen. I have been swimming for 9 years. I don’t swim with a team, I swim with a family. IPod in my ears, hood over my head, I walk to the blocks. Cap, goggles in place—I step on the blocks. I dive in, feel the rush of water through my body. I touch the wall, look up. I just qualified for states. The excitement I felt. The smile I had on my face. Everyone should feel that once in their life
