Dear younger me,

To start this off, no one randomly breaks out into song in high school like they did in High School Musical. Getting assigned homework is not fun, but on the bright side the cafeteria food is good! I hope you are living every moment to its fullest and not taking one ounce of it for granted. You are in the easy life:) Yes dance might be hard right now and you often wonder to yourself “Why am I going again?”, but always remember that you are going because you love it! As for soccer during recess breaks, maybe practice dribbling the ball up and down the field a few times, it might come in handy later. Walk into every room with a bright smile on your face with confidence in your step. Go meet new people, reach out to old friends. Help mom make dinner in the kitchen a few times and spend as much time with your older siblings as possible. Do the things you love and branch out with the passions you possess! The biggest thing to remember is to live in the moment and don’t worry too much about the future, God’s got you! I love you and have fun!

Love,
      Future me
