Departed Youth
As the sun set, doors opened. The silence of our sleeping parents was counteracted by the laughter of our youth. We roamed the streets without a purpose, searching to find our place in such a small town.
As we grew older, we began to suffocate in that town, longing to break free of its tight grip. We grew tired of boring routines and familiar faces and longed to see the world from a different point of view.
Today, the streets of that town are filled with ghosts from the past. Although we have now taken the place of our sleeping parents, the echoes of teenage life can still be heard.
