That's How It Hits
Every time you look at her what do you see? Do you see a beautiful young woman who has bright blue eyes and glowing blonde hair? A girl who has perfect skin and a soft voice. A laugh that sounds like a stream running over rocks. Because all I see is a shell of a person. Who's once bright blue eyes are now dull and grey. Her soft blonde hair has become messy and greasy. Her perfect skin now littered in small white scars. I see a fat, hideous hag. Someone who doesn't deserve her amazing friends or her equally as amazing boyfriend. And if she doesn't think she deserves them, then they'll eventually give up on her. They'll see that she can't hold a conversation anymore or that she's locked her emotions away inside her chest. She'll eventually deteriorate into nothing unless someone saves her, because she damn well can't.
