SUCCESS AINT COMFORTABLE.

It was 12’pm when it all started. I received a call from a close friend. Close to a brother. He kept it real short. “Bro I know where a dirt bike is, too big for me to ride so come get it before somebody else do.” I looked at my boy that was staying over that night. Told him what I was just told by bro. first thing he said was “we out right now.” from there, we left. It took us about an hour walking to get to are destination.
Once we finally arrived, there it was! The big, fast, powerful, and extreme dirt bike, With NO hesitation I hopped on. Told my boys to watch out for me why I get it started (it was a kick starter). I was kicking it for about 45 minutes before I finally got it started. I did though, believe me!
As soon as I got it started, I told my bro “hop on, we out”. I popped the clutch and hit the throttle. From there we were gone. Riding fast back to my house, my boy was scared and begged me to let him off. So I did and he walked. Once I got home it was about 2:20 AM. My boy got there around 2:45 AM. So we are here now, at my house, excited about the new dirt bike. So excited I had to ride it again 3:00 AM In the morning! My destination was to my boy to where I finally fell asleep.
Here I am now, at my boy house waking up to this beautiful dirt bike. First thing I thought about was riding with a bunch of friends that I know have dirt bikes and 4 wheelers. So I made a few phone calls. End up making plans with my big cousin to come ride with them out Newcastle. Left my boy house road past my house, than through the river front.
Once I got to the river front on the dirt bike, on my way out Newcastle. Something tragic happened that changed my life. I remember it like it was yesterday. I came to the red light…….. Waiting patiently for it to turn green.  Just when it did, I took off like a ROCKET! Flying through the river front full speed to where I came face to face with a tractor trailer. The outcome was life changing, extremely bad pain, but also a lesson learned!!
