A Special Day
It was Avery special day for me because this only happens to you once in a life time. This day was on forgettable it was a day I will never forget. It was my sweet 15 Quince Años.
My quince (fifteen) were two years ago on June 9, 2012. it all started in mid March 2012 my parents told me if I wanted my quinces and of course I told them yes. So they told me who I wanted to be in my court. And I choose six guys, three of them were my cousins one god brother and two friends. Once that was all figured out and they had agreed we started with the practices. Our choreographer was strict but he makes really good dances we practice Mondays, Wednesdas,y and Fridays sometime Sunday.
When that day arrived I was nervous but at the same time happy and excited that now it was my turn to shin.e After all these girls I have seen now it was my turn. One of my dreams were actually coming true. When it was time to dance I thought I was going to be nervous but actually I wasn't I was ready to show what me and the guys had for them after. All it was the last time I was going to dance with them. In total we had four dances the entrance, waltz, the exit and the surprise dance. I enjoyed every little bit of that day it was a very special day because it was a day I got to spend it with my family and friends.
The rest of the day went by so fast I really have fun it came out the way I wanted it too. I even told my parents if I could have another one but you see I have two other sisters and of course they said no. But after all I really did enjoy it. I miss my practices, the guys goofing around and hanging out we barly do that now. I miss one person and I will never get to see him because he past away I know he is in a better place now. I have never told this to anyone about it but they probably already know. Most people do. That's why each time I remember this special day he comes to my mind. That's why this day is one of the reasons it's important to me.
