Struggles
Resiliency. Resiliency is a valuable quality for anyone to have. Having the grit to grind through struggles faced with everyday can go a long way. The problem is that not everyone displays this quality. Everyone has it inside them. Some just don’t have the confidence to show it. Everyone has struggles they’re faced with in life, and not everyone handles their problems in the same way. People in today’s society tend to put others around them down when they don’t act the “norm.” This is such an unfair judgment to make. You can’t truly make a judgment call until you know the real story behind a problem. If you don’t know what the person is dealing with, how can you judge them?
Instead of putting a person down for acting different, try to strike up a conversation. Get to know what the person is dealing with. Everyone has a struggle in some shape or form. If you are resilient and grind through it, everything will turn out okay.
