A Day as a Caddy MAG
I must leave the house at 6:30a.m.
When I get to the course
The morning dew is stillon the greens
There are other caddies waiting to get out onthe course
Finally! Somebody needs me
I introducemyself to the man I will be slaving for
He hits his firstshot
A bad one
I now know this will be a long day
Myarms hurt
But walking down the 18th fairway
All the paingoes away and
I wonder what I will be paid
Finally,when the round is over
I shake the man's hand
And hepays me well
I pocket four crisp ten dollarbills
And head for home
In time for lunch
Then aftera good meal
A noon nap
