Freethrows
The easiest part about basketball is free throws because the game isn’t in play. You stand at the line the ref gives you the ball and shoot. It helps if you use the same form or procedure every time. If you do your body will understand doing the same thing over and over. At practice I shoot free throws because nobody guards you when you shoot it’s just you and the basket. Over the years I will become better at shooting free throws because the more you play the more opportunities you get from getting fouled. And that leads to more free throws. I enjoy shooting free throws because to me they seem simple and a major help in the game and from what I have learned they can win or lose a game.
