Steve Nash
Steve Nash, Born on February 7, 1974 was born in Victoria, British Columbia. He went to college at Santa Clara University and was the West Coast Conference Player of the year twice. In 2000 Steve Nash played on the Canadian team in the Olympics. On the team he was the captain in Sydney, Australia.
Nash was the first round (15th overall) draft pick for the Phoenix Suns. He was then traded to the Dallas Mavericks and while he was there the Mavericks were one of the most exciting team to watch.
Steve Nash earned NbaHonors in 2002 and 2003 and then signed as a free agent for the Phoenix Suns in 2004. In 2005 as Nash was with the Suns he was he league's premier point guard with an 18-point average and an 11 assists average per game. He was so good he garnered two consecutive First Team All-Nba honors along with back-to 'back as the Mvp.
Off the court Steve Nash founded the Steve Nash Foundation. This foundation is used for aiding children that are underprivileged.
