The MVP
The writing titled “The MVP,” written by Jonathan S., talks about Russell Westbrook. His writing left me feeling shocked. The writing is about Russell Westbrook and his road to the NBA. I understand the article as I know it takes a lot to get to the NBA. I am surprised as his best friend died at the age of 16 because of an enlarged heart. “Russell was devastated.” I do not have the same problems in my school or town. Not very many people make it to the college level let alone the NBA at my school. The article is written well, but I do wish it had more info. I am confused why some people didn’t think he was very good in High school and was just an “undersized shooting guard.” The arguments are strong, valid and make sense. I understand the article and there is no confusion left after reading it.
