Summary:

After killing his younger brother, Bryan runs away from his
hometown only to be found by a group of people who are "like
him". He learns of his ability to paralyze people just by
touching them, although it only happens when he is angry. He soon
learns that this group that helped him are working against the US
government and fighting their own battles with each other.
